Paul is the current manager of FC Tampa Bay "Rowdies." He invited Graham to join his team after impressing him during a trail at Liverpool FC's Academy. Paul began managing FC Tampa Bay after his illustrious playing career, which included time with Newcastle United, Norwich and the Houston Dynamo was cut short as a result of injury.

Ross Jack
Ross is the current manager at Elgin City FC. He originally met Graham during his time as Assistant Manager at Ross County FC and has held the player in high regard ever since. Ross brought Graham back to his home town team for a brief spell before Graham returned joined the NASL. Ross moved into management after a long playing career witch included lengthy spells in both England and Scotland's top divisions with Everton and Dunfermline Athletic.

Jeremy Gunn
Jeremy was Graham's coach during his senior year at UNC Charlotte. Prior to joining the Charlotte 49ers coaching staff Coach Gunn won three NCAA II championships with Fort Lewis College after a successful professional soccer career in the USL.

David Irving
David has been the head coach of the Wilmington Hammerheads for the last eleven years. Prior to entering into coaching he had an allustrious playing career which includes time spent at Everton, Oldham Athletic and Sheffield United. David scouted and signed Graham in 2009 prior to winning the regular season championship.
